In January, a joint venture led by Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings Limited (CKI) has entered into an agreement to acquire Eversholt Rail Group (Eversholt Rail) in the United Kingdom. Eversholt Rail is one of the three major rolling stock operating companies in the United Kingdom.

In April, a joint venture led by Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings Limited completes the acquisition of  Eversholt Rail Group (Eversholt Rail).  Eversholt Rail’s customers are passenger train operating companies and freight operating companies in the United Kingdom.
